Update: At the request of the organizers, this event won’t be cancelled. Tonight forecast is for cloud cover but no issues with winds or chance of rain. I’ll have my Seestar S30Pro and make the best of the evening.
PPSC Rampart Range (North) Campus
As part of our continuing support for the Pikes Peak State College astronomy program our first (of two) campus Star Parties will be on Wednesday, April 8th 8-10 PM at the Rampart Range campus. We will be at the observatory on the east side of the main campus building.
We plan on setting up with students expected to arrive around 8:00pm.
As views of the stars are dependent upon weather conditions, please watch this post and our web page calendar postings for updates, changes or cancellations due to weather.
