• Membership subscription period is one(1) year and expiration is based on the date you join CSAS.
• Members will be notified the 1st of the month your subscription expires.
• Starting in 2010, to renew you will need a Username and Password. If you don’t know/have these, send email to: Membership
• Please read the “Types of Membership” and “Member Benefits” below, to determine the membership best suited for you and/or your family.

b. To Renew, enter your Username and password. If you do not know your Username and Password, please send email to Membership. When you choose ‘Pay by Check’, a form will be displayed, print two copies, one for your records, the other to be mailed with your check. 2. For New Members(Individual Only), after ‘Pay by Check’, a form will be displayed, print two copies, one for your records, the other to be mailed with your check. You will receive a welcome email from CSAS with your Username and Password. Your application validation will take approximately 5-10 business days, from the time the application is mailed.

If, at any time, this process fails, please use the contact form in the “Problems?” tab below to contact us so that we can fix it! We want you to get the most out your membership with CSAS ! We also want to be responsive to your needs and welcome you to the local astronomy community!

• One subscription to the Reflector (AL) newsletter.
• Club discounts on subscriptions to Astronomy and Sky and Telescope magazines.
• 10% discounts off of any astronomical book publication (administered through AL).
• Observing program awards (administered through AL).
• Access to the CSAS Members Only sections of our Forums. You will have to register for the forums and let them know that you are a CSAS member. This, unfortunately, is a separate process. The separate registrations and logins are not deliberately inconvenient — it is just the best that we can do right now. (Remember this is a volunteer organization!) We believe that what you get out of CSAS will be worth the minor inconveniences.
• The opportunity to give back to your community by participating in events and sharing your expertise, at whatever level.
• Access to our privately owned 40-acre observing site in Gardner, CO.

Individual: 1 person with voting rights and eligibility for CSAS officer. This
membership includes all members of your family, residing at the same address. The registered member maintains the voting rights.

Lifetime: 1 person with voting rights and eligibility for CSAS officer.  One time payment of dues. This membership includes all members of your family, residing at the same address. The registered member maintains the voting rights. The Lifetime Membership is not transferable.
