STEAM Night at Evan’s Elementary. Current plan is to do a daytime activity either indoors or outside if weather permits (Outside=Rockets!) and then, if outside, moving to Observing through telescopes once dark enough.
Star party at Horizon Middle School. We’ll set up on the East side of the school. While this is a star party for students of Horizon Middle School and their families, it is free and open to the public.

Kids camp program at Bear Creek Nature Center. Signup for kids is via the Bear Creek Nature Center web site. For our program, we’ll offer views of the Sun through special solar telescopes and do a UV detecting bead bracelet activity, and experiments with prisms.
